WITH KADIMA AT THE CENI, THE WINNER WILL NOT WIN. LA CASE ASKS THE CANDIDATE OF THE SACRED UNION IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION TO AVOID BEING PROCLAIMED BY MR. KADIMA
1. Mr. DENIS KADIMA's statement that: “The scenario of not organizing elections is more catastrophic than having one or two political parties that do not participate,” is an expression of electoral immaturity that resembles a declaration of war against the Congolese people.
2. An electoral authority does not decree the exclusion of political parties in a competition that it is supposed to arbitrate. By expressing his choice to organize elections in defiance against the people, Denis KADIMA indicates his choice to exclude the opposition from electoral competition.
3. CASE reminds Mr. KADIMA that his electoral gangsterism will be combatted by all legal means at all levels. If the CENI believes it is relying on the fireworks of the Francophonie Games to justify its bias in favor of power, it will have to be disillusioned. Because, WHEN WE PAY APPLAUDERS FOR ELECTION ADVERTISING, THEY DO NOT REPRESENT THE POPULATION.
4. CASE notes that the CENI, disillusioned by the rotting of its reputation within international opinion after it has accumulated hopelessly incurable setbacks, is becoming a public danger.
5. Any vote led by Mr. DENIS KADIMA will be a catastrophic electoral negation which will plunge the Democratic Republic of Congo into chaos.
Because WITH KADIMA AT THE CENI, THE WINNER WILL NOT WIN and THE LOSER EVEN IF HE IS KNOWN BY EVERYONE WILL BE ILLEGALLY PROCLAIMED WINNER in application of the Electoral Fraud Plan concocted by the presidential party which swears by the imposed victory of its candidate.
6. CASE reminds the candidate of the Sacred Union that any proclamation of the electoral results by Mr. DENIS KADIMA will not be beneficial to him, it being understood that the fraud scheme borrowed by the CENI is known to all.
