- To disrespect JUDITH SUMINWA TULUKA, small agents of the National Intelligence Agency (ANR) who wanted to force Tshisekedique passage to the barrier of the PRIMATURE, were intercepted and apprehended by police officers and agents committed to protecting the Prime Minister.
