Denis Kadima must publicly decree the shift in the electoral calendar and make himself available to justice because of his inability to hold the calendar. The box greets the positions of the CENCO-ECC MOE and the opposition candidates against the insufficism gravissimes of the CENI.
1. The box unconditionally supports the option lifted by a block of the opposition candidates against the dark approach of the CENI-KADIMA and invites them, in addition to the referral to the Court of Cassation, to:

The box also welcomes the latest declaration of the CENCO-ECC MOE via Monsignor Donatien Nshole and encourages the two exemplary religious denominations of the Democratic Republic of Congo to optimize their civic vigilance device in order to reassure the Congolese people about the sophisticated traps of massive electoral fraud erected against democracy. The two serious churches we have left are called to turn our backs on Mr. Kadima and his electoral joke.
3. The Sacred Union regime and Mr. Denis Kadima are criminally responsible for the Congolese electoral scandal of the century and must be sanctioned by the whole of the Congolese people.
4. The box asks Mr. Denis Kadima to communicate to the nation its professional limits which do not allow it to organize credible ballots. This situation devotes the cancellation of the electoral process to open the way to a consensual and credible electoral cycle.

The box which appreciates the options raised by each other in relation to this poisoned process, recalls that Mr. Denis Kadima was the conception of electoral fraud long before his designation Kimbanguistly made up to the head of the CENI. The choice of political tourists instead of opposition representatives as CENI members was only one of the stages of the Truth's Truth's Truth's Truth Plan by the Tshisekedi regime.
6. The time of the dialogue having widely expired, the box invites the president of the Senate to prepare a constitutional welding of the end mandate and to organize a political consultation without Félix Tshisekedi in order to set up transition institutions responsible for organizing elections worthy of confidence for the people.
