IN ANGOLA, JOE BIDEN WILL INQUIRE ABOUT THE DISAPPOINTING ATTITUDES OF FELIX TSHISEKEDI ON THE PEACE PROCESS IN THE EAST OF THE DRC. TSHISEKEDI HAS SABOTAGED EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING TRAMPLED, EVERYTHING TURNED UP. TO TURN EVERYTHING UP, TSHISEKEDI OFFICIALIZES HIS VERY PRONOUNCED RELATIONS WITH THE FDLR TO CAUSE A NEW GENOCIDE IN RWANDA.

- During his expected visit to Angola from October 13 to 15, 2024, American President JOE BIDEN (at the end of his term), will visit a future site for the rehabilitation of a railway linking the Angolan port from Lobito to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the construction of a branch to Zambia. The 1,300 km of rails of this “Lobito Corridor” will transport crucial resources for the world economy – copper and cobalt in particular – to the Atlantic coast from these two countries, rich in minerals but landlocked. Receiving his Angolan counterpart Joao Lourenço at the White House in December, JOE BIDEN described this project, also supported by the European Union, as “the largest American investment of all time in African rail”.

< p>- Except that JOE BIDEN who had wanted Kinshasa to be part of the peace plan by opening direct negotiations both with Rwanda and with the Congolese movement Alliance Fleuve Congo (AFC) led by CORNEILLE NANGAA.

- Angolan mediation in the conflict between Kinshasa and Kigali as well as in direct discussions with the AFC is at an impasse. Even if the Americans want things to speed up, FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI is in a spoilsport pattern. The recent ceasefire has just been compromised by Kinshasa which no longer recognizes any commitment to this process. This report, which has already reached JOE BIDEN, embarrasses the world.

- Meanwhile, FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI multiplies his programs with the FDLR to destabilize Rwanda.

“THE WORLD SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT TSHISEKEDI IS NOT IN HIS PLACE”
