FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI ON KNEES IN FRONT OF THE EAC COURT OF JUSTICE. THE SAME TSHISEKEDI WHO BOYCOTTED THE 23RD SUMMIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF EAST AFRICAN STATES ON JUNE 7, 2024, PUT ALL HIS PUBLICITY AROUND A TRIAL IN THE COURT OF JUSTICE OF AN EAC THAT HE HAD PUBLICLY DISPUTED.
- The same FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI who had shunned the 23rd extraordinary summit of the EAC which was held on June 7, 2024 in virtual mode, no longer leaves his phone to ensure that his complaint against Rwanda could end up in the EAC Court of Justice.
- TSHISEKEDI had protested against the position which he considered half-heartedly taken by the Community in relation to the situation prevailing in the East of the DRC. He had even expelled the commander of the EAC forces from his territory for suspicion of complicity with the M23. Grievance recently put forward by TSHISEKEDI, it is following the latest remarks of the Kenyan president, WILLIAM RUTO in relation to the nationality of the AFC/M23 movement, a Congolese movement, according to FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI.
- Very surprisingly, it is FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI who deploys his Kasaian Deputy Minister of Justice to the EAC Court of Justice to plead his case. By a request filed before the Court of Justice of the East African Community, the registry of this sub-regional court of justice had set the opening of the trial for Thursday, September 26, 2024. SAMUEL MBEMBA KABUYA TANDA has now changed of specifications. He clings to this trial before a court loyal to the EAC in a fruitless quest to convict Rwanda.
