THE CASE DENOUNCES THE GENERALIZED MANHUNT AGAINST FARDC OFFICERS AND CERTAIN SWAHILIP-SPEAKER LEADERS IN KINSHASA AND KATANGA WHERE TSHISEKEDI’S MILITIA SHOOTING AT CLOSE CONTACT ON CONGOLESE CIVILIANS.

1. The CASE is informed of the house arrest of General GABRIEL AMISI KUMBA known as TANGO FORTfor unclear reasons. This practice, which only targets a specific linguistic community, betrays an intention of ethnic cleansing by the Tshisekedi regime.

2. After losing power following the elections of December 20 last year, FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI abandoned his FORCE DU PROGRÈS militias< /strong> improperly dressed in the uniform of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) in Greater Katanga, in Goma and in the city of Kinshasa with the slogan to fire live ammunition on any Congolese who does not admit the false results fabricated by DENIS KADIMA. In Likasi, in Haut-Katanga, heavily armed militiamen terrorize residents daily by promising them death in the event of a challenge to the legitimacy of FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI.

3. Videos showing militiamen filled with hatred and violence, ready to kill, assassinate, crush and burn everything in their path and in a war position in urban centers of Greater Katanga, shelter innocent populations with live bullets, which testifies to the end of the reign of Mr. TSHISEKEDI

4. Since their presidential self-proclamation, the wolves of the TSHISEKEDI regime have shocked Congolese national unity with their stagnation in evil, the exhibitionism of a power brutally stolen from the people, the propaganda of pride and their minority pride. All these facts make national unity and communion difficult.

5. Irreverent and insulting remarks made against non-aligned communities by the presidential tribe are intensifying. The people are subjected to a toxic campaign of intoxication consistent with the vision of neutralization of all other Congolese.

6.TheCASE calls on the international community, which is allowing this political-security tragedy to happen, to come out of its indifference and come to the aid of the Congolese people who are being exterminated at the hands of Mr. TSHISEKEDI. This is a serious time
