TSHISEKEDI’S MINISTER LIED TO THE UN. THÈRESE KAYIKWAMBA WAGNER CONFUSIONED BY FABULATIONS, INACCURACIES AND LIES TO THE UNITED NATIONS ABOUT THE BLOCKAGE OF THE LUANDA PROCESS. IT WAS SHE WHO HAD REJECTED EVERYTHING ON TELEPHONE ORDER FROM TSHISEKEDI. 

- Mr. OLIVIER JEAN PATRICK NDUHUNGIREHE, Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has just vaccinated his Congolese counterpart THÉRÈSE KAYIKWAMBA WAGNER with a precious dose of corrective truth about her lies told in French at the United Nations on Tuesday. 

- Facing pressure from the United States and other partners for more than three weeks, Ms. Wagner is clearly seeking to justify herself to hide the fact that it was she, and she alone, who blocked the last ministerial meeting in Luanda. The agenda of this meeting on September 14, 2024 in Luanda was simple: adopt the harmonized plan for neutralizing the FDLR and lifting Rwandan defense measures, as adopted by Angolan, Congolese and Rwandan experts on August 30, 2024 in Rubavu. 

- ⁠While the two parties (Rwanda and DRC) were moving towards a simple and quick meeting in Luanda, as the meeting of experts took place in a "good-natured atmosphere" (according to the Head of Angolan experts), Minister KAYIKWAMBA, on telephone instructions from her President FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO, suddenly and categorically refused to adopt this plan, under the eyes stunned by his two colleagues, and even by some of his own experts.

- ⁠This harmonized plan, which was accompanied by a precise timetable, had nevertheless been negotiated and signed by MAJOR GENERAL CHRISTIAN NDAYWEL, Chief of Military Intelligence of the FARDC, on August 30, 2024. And fifteen days later, on September 14, 2024, the same General reaffirmed her support for this plan before the ministers of the three countries gathered in LUANDA, before being publicly disavowed by her own Minister, in front of her expert colleagues.

- ⁠Minister KAYIKWAMBA Wagner did not even stop there, because she also opposed the holding of a new meeting of experts which was scheduled for September 30 and October 1, 2024 in LUANDA to develop the concept of operations (CONOPS) of this harmonized plan, which could have responded to certain Congolese concerns.
