- Large caravan for peace of the Congo River Alliance AFC/M23 in the localities of ISHASHA and NYAMILIMA, BINZA group in Rutshuru territory, in the Northern province -Kivu. The Deputy Coordinator of the AFC BERTRAND BISIMWA preached peace, living together and community development to citizens long scarred by the insecurity maintained by the WAZALENDO and the FDLR.
- The Deputy Coordinator in charge of political and diplomatic issues BERTRAND BISIMWA, placed this mission within the framework of fraternal communion with the inhabitants of the region. At the ISHASHA stage, Bertrand BISIMWA paid tribute to the populations by inviting them to raise awareness among those currently in the forests or elsewhere, to return to their homes, because peace has been restored. He affirmed that his movement is open to all those who wish to undertake commercial activities and appealed to those who wish to become local defenders of the city, to join the police and local security. For those who wish to join the Congolese Revolutionary Army (ARC), they will be welcomed with pleasure to become soldiers capable of protecting the population and their property, and not of sowing harassment.
- IN NYAMILIMA, the Deputy Coordinator of the AFC did not fail to present to the population his politico-military platform AFC engaged in a great constitutional revolution. Together, we set up the political-military platform called the Congo River Alliance (AFC), led by our Coordinator, Mr. Corneille Nangaa, he recalled. The Congo River Alliance is a group of Congolese people who bring together personalities from various provincial origins, united and determined for the same cause of peace and living together for the whole of the Democratic Republic of Congo, concluded BERTRAND BISIMWA.
