BREAKING OF THE REPUBLICAN PACT CALL TO THE CONGOLESE AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY AGAINST THE ELECTIONS FROM DECEMBER 20 TO 26, 2023. 10-POINT SOLUTION

URGENT DEPARTURE OF THE TSHISEKEDI REGIME

In a context where the institutions of President, Parliament and Government are obsolete

< strong>and the general elections marred by massive fraud, the following solutions

are essential:

1. Resignation from the institutions President of the Republic;

Government and Parliament of the management of current affairs;

2. Transfer of the day-to-day management of the country to the college secretaries general of

public administration (the oldest member will assume the role of head of the

national executive); 

3. Cancellation of these general elections;

4. Convocation of a national dialogue under the aegis of the international community (African Union, European Union and the Nations- United) with the involvement of all political and social forces,

5. Identification and legal proceedings of those responsible for these chaotic elections;

6. Development and vote on the Charter of the transition;

7. Establishment of transition institutions (for 6 or 12 months) and

8. Establishment of a new CÉNI office;

9.Organization of new elections that are truly free, democratic, transparent and inclusive and

10. Installation of new institutions in the country.
