HERE’S WHY FELIX TSHISEKEDI WILL NOT CONVICTE PRESIDENT YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI OF UGANDA.

HERE'S WHY FELIX TSHISEKEDI WILL NOT CONVICTE PRESIDENT YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI OF UGANDA.

1. The Armed Forces of the DRC (FARDC) and the Uganda Defense Forces (UPDF) are engaged in joint operations called Shujaa, involving FARDC and UPDF in the region since November 2021. Designate Uganda as the aggressor of the Democratic Republic of Congo will cause FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI to lose all chances of retaining control of the northeast of the country.

2. More than 765 kilometers of borders separate Uganda and the DRC, from Ituri to the east of the Rutshuru territory in North Kivu where CORNEILLE NANGAA and SULTANI MAKENGA reign. Breaking the partnership of the two governments today would be tantamount to letting the AFC conquer the far north without any difficulty.

3. The Congolese people of the East are increasingly committed to the AFC. The loss of Uganda will lead the entire population of North Kivu, South Kivu, Tshopo, Ituri and Uélés to welcome CORNEILLE NANGAA with open arms.

4. FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI is already having great difficulty containing Rwandan diplomacy. If he adds Ougsnda to it, he will never leave the country again.

6. Uganda is collaborating with Kinshasa in the hunt against members of CORNEILLE NANGAA's AFC. Officially designating it as an adversary will expose Kinshasa to serious diplomatic consequences.

7. Kinshasa is counting heavily on the expected judgment of the Tribunal of the East African Community (EAC).

8. The Ugandan national aviation company (Uganda Aurlines) now links Kinshasa to Kampala, facilitating the transport of several secret agents from Kinshasa.

9. CORNEILLE NANGAA has family ties with the NANDE people bordering Uganda. Any divorce with Uganda will popularize NANGAA.

10. TSHISEKEDI has long tortured the populations of the East. If he breaks with Ougsnda, the Swahili speakers will rub their hands.
